Is the widget really free with no limits?
Yes. The accommodation request widget captures constituent requests with no cap on the number of requests. Request volume limits only affect dashboard display features, not the capture itself.
What counts as a 'page' in a scan?
Each unique URL on your website that the scanner visits counts as one page. We respect robots.txt and don't count assets like images or PDFs separately from the pages that contain them.
Can I get a Certificate of Compliance on Professional?
Yes. Once your site scores 90 or above on a Professional-tier scan, you can generate a Certificate of Compliance valid for 90 days. Re-scan to renew.
